What fun, I love it!
Great idea!
I did this for my daughter with her old broken crayons. I just did the first step and melted them in muffin tins but will have to try transferring them to a cute mold next time. So neat!
thats awesome! take pics if you ever try the molds
such a great idea!
This is a great idea! I don’t have many crayons laying around (no kiddos in my house) but I’ll pass this along to my friends!
not a problem! i appreciate you checking out my post
What a wonderful post! I am so glad we found each other. Your blog is delightful!
thank you so much! so is yours
OMG how cute are these fishy crayons! LOVE LOVE LOVE
I saw this project on Pinterest a while ago. I’m really looking forward to trying it out with my niece. I especially want to make “mystery” crayons, where we mix bits of all different colours to get a multicolour crayon.
I’ve seen this before also and always planned to try it! You have a different take on the one I saw before, I like it! I must try it now Thank you.
What a great idea! I’ll share this with all my Facebook Fans, I’m sure they will love it! Cheers Mr.CBB
I will be trying this as we have so many broken crayon pieces in our crayon basket! Thanks for the great idea!
I love that there are silicone ice cube trays that can be used for this project. The last time I made these (many years ago) all I could use was the muffin tin and settled for
the boring round wheel of color.
Wow this is awesome. I can’t wait to try this out with my little one when he’s a little bit older.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the Ikea tip. I’ve been searching for fun silicone molds to do this but never thought to look there!
Ikea is the cheapest, but Bed, Bath, & Beyond and Chef Central has them as well!
Thanks for stopping by.
Very Cool!
brilliant!
This is such a great idea! I have a god-daughter/niece who is 7 and I would love to do this with her! Thank you
Another clever idea! It looks like such a fun project that you almost wouldn’t want to wait until the crayons had run out to reshape them.
